The four-piece newcomer band "Pacific Swell" from the Danish surfer's paradise Cold Hawaii and plays a wild mix of: Surf and Garage, Indiepop and Country, Psychedelic and Retro-Rock.
As the four live, so they play: casual, adventurous, not taking themselves too seriously. Their role model is hard to miss: the Californian band The Growlers and their newly invented genre Beach Goth. In songs like "Doctor Love" (2017) and "Clean Gypsies" (2016), Pacific Swell also mix surf and garage, indie pop and country, psychedelic and retro rock. The songs are all about their own lives. They're about certain experiences etched in our memories, good or bad.Whether dressed in colorful mariachi outfits or breezy kimonos, the foursome's concerts always promise a good time.
