An evening of dance consisting of two parts:
Nervure is a solo project that began with the title "Good by Pavlova". The starting point of the piece is the fallen or would-be icon Pavlova - the clown? - a character that longed to be brought to life. Unable to let go, she deals with feelings of restlessness.
Nervure won two awards at the 2017 Solocoreografico International Dance Showcase in Torino, Italy and was subsequently invited to Solocoreografico in Frankfurt and Lyon. The piece won the Best Performance Award at the Copenhagen International Choreography Competition and was invited to the the Lucky Trimmer Festival at Sophiensaele in Berlin, to the TanzOffensive Festival of Commedia Futura, in Hannover and to the DanceWaves Festival in Cyprus. In 2019, NERVURE was shown in Taiwan and Malaysia.
Pantera doesn't remember thinking, she does things but she doesn't act anymore. She has almost become one with her thoughts. This, rapidly changing its direction mental carousel unleashes emotional storms that discharge as euphoria or as sadness. Apparent lightness becomes neurotic and all-encompassing dramatization in a matter of seconds. At the same time, the play constantly moves on the edge of the grotesque, the fantastic comedy. A prisoner of one's own thoughts - was it always like this or has it come to this? - as in Rilke's The Panther, Pantera in Portuguese.
