With a world tour and a studio album, Patricia Kaas is starting a new phase of her career. After many interpretations, the focus is now back on her own songs.
In Germany, Austria and Switzerland Patricia Kaas gives 15 concerts with her outstanding band. Her greatest hits such as "Mon mec à moi", "Mademoiselle chante le Blues", "Il me dit que je suis belle", "Entrez dans la lumière", or "Je voudrais la connâitre" are as much part of the program as the multi-layered songs from her current CD.
Born in Forbach, Lorraine, Patricia Kaas has sold some 19 million records worldwide, including one million in Germany. In 1987, her first album "Mademoiselle chante le Blues" was released. In the same year she performed for the first time at the Olympia in Paris, where the careers of Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Gilbert Becaud and Charles Aznavour also began. Since then Patricia Kaas has gained a large international fan base. As a live interpreter she unfolds all her skills. Full of passion and dynamism and with great stage presence, she shows all facets of her talent.
