With winter just around the corner, Pe Werner sprinkles "Ne Prise Zimt" (a pinch of cinnamon) into her aurally pleasing concert program. Pe Werner, known to everyone with her hit "Kribbeln im Bauch" (Tingling in the Tummy), takes a tongue-in-cheek look at German Christmas rituals and stories about last-minute presents, the obligation to shovel snow, goose stuffing, and fir trees between the tinsel compulsion and fire insurance. Accompanied by Peter Grabinger on the grand piano, she strolls entertainingly through the winter wonderland of pop, jazz and chanson. Songs from her own pen alternate with Christmas classics in a peculiar arrangement.
