Every third Wednesday of the month, invited poetry slammers from all over Germany await you. Here in Frankfurt's coziest poetry competition, they are allowed to pull out all the stops of stage literature to impress you. As long as they stick to the few rules of the competition (self-written text, time limit of 6 minutes, no props, only quoted singing) it is up to them whether they want to impress you with funny, serious, lyrical or prose - not infrequently tears are laughed or cried because of this diversity. You, the audience, will judge the poets and decide who will be allowed to perform in the final and who will finally win the slam.
The last regular poetry competition before the summer break. Despite the World Cup, you have to come - because you'll only miss the match between Iran and Spain. Iran wins 4-1.
