When you look at the resume of the Münster native, you think of a German paragon. He comes from a medical family, graduated from high school, played for years in a soccer club, did his military service, and then studied communications in Cologne. More precisely, the non-religious son of political refugees is a mad original.
He sees himself as a sympathetic mouthpiece of Generation Y, who holds up a mirror to society with sarcastic wordplay and thus delights the audience.
He has been part of RebellComedy since 2009 and says "I don't want to answer any more annoying and repetitive questions about that." Solo you can see him with his program "long speech, no sense at all".
Pu, was born in 1987 in the beautiful Münster in Westphalia. He has been doing stand-up comedy since 2008 and with increasing success. He is the rebel with the most loyal fanbase. He made a name for himself early on at poetry slams in Münster and is also known to many as a songwriter and scriptwriter (for comedy). Friends brought him to RebellComedy because of his diverse talents, where he immediately established himself as a permanent member. Besides his hyperactivity, one of his main characteristics is also: his baby belly and his increased self-confidence.
Stand-Up Comedy is the central point here, because so far no one in the local comedy scene has been able to bring this in the U.S.A. already established and extremely successful genre to German conditions and to remain nevertheless faithful. Thus RebellComedy is simply new, different and unique.
Although the comedians sometimes bring up the subject of their Moroccan, Iranian, Turkish or even Swiss roots in the show, they never slip into a clichéd track. The audience knows the parodied stories from their own lives and can therefore identify with the comedians. Here entertainment is offered at the highest level in the middle of society.
