It's rare to hear an enthusiastic "Oh yeah, we'll come along" in response to the announcement "I'm going to REWE"! However, when the retail chain holds its Christmas market at the Hessenpark open-air museum, things look very different. Because it's not just that there are plenty of unbeatable offers from well-known brands on the two days of the event. It's also the festively lit marketplace and the beautiful offerings ranging from gift items to arts and crafts to all kinds of tasty treats that draw people to this market in droves.
With free admission, there are numerous exhibitors as well as artisans showing off their skills and traditional crafts, and a colorful pre-Christmas program for the whole family.
That this will attract a lot of people should be obvious. That's why the parking spaces at the Hessenpark itself are quickly occupied. But: On both days, shuttle buses will be running to the open-air museum. The bus stops are located along the district road K 725 in the direction of Wehrheim and at the Lochmühle parking lot. This should definitely be planned for a relaxed visit to the REWE Christmas Market.
