After three successful stage programs Rick Kavanian is back with his new program "OFFROAD". OFFROAD is stand-up comedy in the classic sense. One man, one microphone and absolutely no action! Rick wants to go back to his roots - but where are they? Armenia, Bucharest, New York or Munich? Personal as never before, close to a test of strength, Rick pursues the question: who, when and why him of all people? What is OFFROAD about? It doesn't matter? Why? Because "What's it all about" constantly stars in Germany, alongside "Red Faden" and "What's the point?" Rick´s answer to that: I'd have to check the camp. Or was it Dimitri Stoupakis who offered that? What's up with that one, anyway? Is Dimitri allowed on stage or do the performance rights revert to Bully Herbig in the year 13 after "Der Schuh des Manitu". Is Lord Jens Maul in a similar situation? Where to take him, if not to the (T)spaceship Bühne, to finally cure his fruit and vegetable Tourette's. Beyond the mainstream, virtually against the jet stream, Rick finally realises his stage dream: he gets intimate and talks about things - ‚What things, you ask? Good question!' - that he usually couldn't talk about because he was constantly interrupted by know-it-alls like his parents, Pep Guardiola and the Spastelruther cats. This time, Rick has to finally drop his pants in front of Rick. The excuse is no longer valid: Schizophrenia - now or never! In his new program "OFFROAD" Rick has to leave the straight path of entertainment to finally find Rick. Not because Rick wants to or because the audience expects such a thing! No, Rick is now 44 and that's just the number of ways to solve the house from Santa Claus
