Behind the Rogers lies a turbulent year, which was marked by countless shows, various injuries and the recording of their fourth studio album "Middle Finger Forever". There was hardly any time to take a deep breath, as their strongest live year to date started in the spring with an extremely successful headlining tour, which led directly into an unforgettable festival summer. Even the foot injuries of Chri and Dom couldn't slow the Düsseldorfers down. No matter if Deichbrand Festival, Wacken Open Air or Ruhrpott Rodeo - their performances exceeded all expectations and will be remembered by the band and their fans for a long time. Just like their biggest show so far, which they had the pleasure of playing as support act for DIE TOTEN HOSEN in the sold-out arena of their shared hometown Düsseldorf. "Pretty rad," singer Chri looks back on the past months. "Basically, 2018 consisted entirely of highlights." So who's surprised that the restless punk rockers also squeezed in a video shoot or two at Berlin's YouTube studios in between? "We do a lot ourselves and have also been fully committed to the album production in the studio, for example," explains guitarist Nico. "The short moments at home are therefore rare, but the result can always be seen and heard in the end." Already during the production of the last album "Augen auf" it became apparent that the musicians - besides their actual tasks within the band - have many other strengths. This heart and soul, which runs through the entire band history of the ROGERS, can also be heard on their new album and they are aware of this: "Despite this, or perhaps because of this, we can proudly say that we are ultra-satisfied with the result, because the record makes a statement for what we have been doing for years now and will continue to do. Come what may, middle finger forever!"
