A long tradition of piano virtuosos playing their compositions and arrangements of other composers' works should be preserved. "Inspired" by this thought in the truest sense, Stanislav Rosenberg will play a program in which the piano in all its possibilities will take center stage. In addition to original pieces, the concert will also include transcriptions of instrumental and vocal works by Bach, Liszt, Offenbach, Massenet and others. A highlight among the arrangements is the "Sabre Dance" from the ballet "Gayaneh" by Aram Khachaturian. Stanislav Rosenberg has exclusive permission from the Sikorski publishing house and the composer's heirs to perform and record this arrangement. A world premiere is also included in the program. Stanislav Rosenberg
born in Odessa (Ukraine) in 1976, lives in Frankfurt am Main. He performs concerts as soloist, chamber musician and song accompanist in Europe and overseas. He also composes songs, works for orchestra and various instruments and arranges works by other composers. Stanislav Rosenberg studied piano at the Music Academy in Odessa and at the Hochschule für Musik in Frankfurt am Main. He completed his piano studies with a soloist diploma at the Hochschule für Musik in Saarbrücken with Prof. K.Merscher and took part in numerous master classes with I.Edelstein, M.Voskressenski, M.Frani, J.Swann, R.Kehrer etc. Text source and further information about this event: http://www.kellertheater-frankfurt.de/produktionen/klassikImKeller15/index.html
