No, the poetry slam should have thoroughly dispelled this stereotype this millennium, as portry slammers are cranky misfits who perform on literary stages across the country as if good old rock and roll has risen in a new guise:
- things that haven't been said before.
- Things that absolutely have to be said.
- Things that you have to dare to say on stage.

Since the up-and-coming ex-child star became a complete surprise runner-up in Hesse in 2014 with his 11th slam ever, his career has been rapidly going cross-country. That's why he's now launching a series of literary events in Frankfurt under the brand RUM & ÄHRE.
