.NCaptain Rummelsnuff makes men's music - but not just for men, so much so that he has become an icon of the LGBTQ scene. Poignant melodies with German lyrics of the wide sea, of screwdrivers and engines, of barbecue tools and Czech fruit brandy, of boxers and wrestlers or of pumpers from Randberlin. It is touching what is presented - which may also have something to do with the physical appearance of the captain and his crew. Praised from arte to Bild, the likeable powerhouse is on tour through Germany and Central Europe every now and then. And makes today together with his longtime companion Maat Asbach stop in Wiesbaden.
