Santiano return to the stage in spring 2022 with their latest studio album.
Santiano have achieved goals within the German music landscape that most can only dream of: Millions of albums sold at a time when physical recordings were already considered a discontinued model, number 1 placements with all their releases, sold-out tours of Germany's biggest halls and all the music awards in the industry. Now the giants of shanty rock are continuing their story with their fifth studio album, placing their music in the greatest possible context. "Wenn die Kälte kommt" (VÖ:08.10.21,Electrola) is a concept album that musically seamlessly follows the previous work of the five Northmen and yet is absolutely unique in its conception. A work that spans a century of seafaring and penetrates in thirteen songs to the core of the relationship between man and the sea. The album is already the sixth #1 album of Santiano, which celebrated its 10th anniversary last year.
Also on stage Santiano with their always unique and thoughtful stage concepts are equal to an elemental force, which they have proven again and again for almost a decade. A concert of the multi-instrumentalists, is more than light entertainment. Their concerts are as dynamic as the sea itself - sometimes as powerful as a storm of the century and then again as quiet and spherical. All this can each of the concertgoers, no matter from which seat, from the first second to experience and live through.
After a time of great deprivation in the LIVE area and with a new studio album in the luggage, the time has finally come to experience Santiano live again.
