After a successful tour cycle for the Top 20 album "Battering Ram" (2015), which ended in this country with an acclaimed performance at this year's Bang Your Head festival in June, the British metal legend Saxon returns to Germany. The band around frontman Biff Byford have confirmed four shows in February/March 2018 to accompany the release of their new album "Thunderbolt". Special guest will be another NWOBHM institution, their compatriots Diamond Head. Already announced is a headlining appearance on May 18, 2018 at the Rock Hard Festival at the Gelsenkirchen Amphitheater.
