More than 20 years ago already, the career of a band started, whose name can't be left out of the local electro scene today - we're talking about Solitary Experiments. With their 6 studio albums, 3 remix compilations, a classic album, EP ́s and singles and a live DVD, the guys from Brandenburg and Berlin now belong to the upper league in the sector of electronic entertainment music. Founded in 1994 in Frankfurt (Oder) by Dennis Schober and Michael Thielemann, the band was already able to establish itself as a permanent fixture on the scene with its first three albums "FINAL APPROACH", "PARADOX" and the accompanying remix disc "FINAL ASSAULT", and then hit the ground running with "ADVANCE INTO UNKNOWN", their Out Of Line debut. Countless compilation contributions and tours with bands like Icon Of Coil, [:SITD:], Neuroticfish, Combichrist, Hocico and Front 242 followed, as well as tours and festival shows all over Europe, Mexico, Canada and the USA, so that the name Solitary Experiments soon became a household name to pretty much every electro fan. With their 2005 high-flyer album "MIND OVER MATTER", the German formation had managed to catapult themselves to the spearhead of the electro scene for good with their catchy blend of synthpop and massive EBM.
