In the Ruhr area cult, on the stages of the country a power. The ska-punk heroes of Sondaschule are back and bigger, nicer, louder - and with a new album: "Schön kaputt", describes the decay and social degradation in the Pott while celebrating the beautiful ugliness of life. When the seven Rude Boys get together shortly before the turn of the millennium to pay homage to the sound of their idols Rancid, Californian skate-punks NOFX and The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, the oldschool/newschool debate in the scene disturbs them. The band's comment: the provocative, but by no means insulting, band name. Sondaschule released the debut EP "Lieber Einen Pa en", four more albums and took the next step towards the ska Olympus in 2013 with the long-player "Lass Es Uns Tun". After 15 years, Sondaschule looks back on an eventful band life and, after excursions into electronic realms and a musical maturing process, reflects back on their strengths of driving horns, o eats and sing-along choruses.
