Whether Yedi or Sith Lord - the battle of good versus evil has been raging for a long time. Almost timed to the film release of the final Star Wars blockbuster, visitors to KOMM on January 25 between 12 and 7 pm now have the chance to meet their idols live. A selfie with Chewbacca or a few tips from C-3PO on intergalactic dialects - anything is possible on this galactic day. Of course, the most famous ingredient from the Star Wars movies will not be missing: a lightsaber fight. The three performances will take place at 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30. Film fans can marvel at a total of 15 protagonists from the Star Wars universe this weekend at KOMM.
"Our galactic day is aimed at the whole family," reveals Center Manager Julia Steinmetz. "Adults can reminisce about childhood memories of their movie heroes like Luke Skywalker, Master Yoda and Darth Vader. For the little ones, we have come up with something very special: a Star Wars photo dress-up competition with themed make-up. Simply have your photo taken in your favourite outfit and, with a bit of luck, win one of a total of three Star Wars surprise packages." Those who like can visit the KOMM in their own costume. For those on short notice, a costume box and make-up corner will be available on site. A KOMM Center jury will select the winners at the end of the day.
