About no other neighboring country do Germans have such nasty prejudices as about Poles - and the Poles themselves are not much better. Nevertheless, German-Polish marriages are extremely popular - why is that? Are prejudices actually totally sexy? Do they add a splash of colour to the grey everyday life? Could it even be that Germans and Poles are particularly well-matched in Europe?
Steffen Möller has had an apartment in Warsaw since 1994. He was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit for his work on German-Polish understanding. In 2015, he also received the Richard von Weizsäcker Prize of the German National Foundation. His book "Viva Polonia" was on the "Spiegel" bestseller list for almost a year. Steffen Möller is also on tour as a cabaret artist. Malik published "Expedition zu den Polen" and "Viva Warszawa".
