Since 2004, the Stalburg Theater always celebrates with their audience in the summer in a very special way: in the beautiful ambience of the Günthersburgpark, the Stalburg Theater Offen Luft, called stoffel for short, is celebrated.
stoffel brings its visitors for four weeks (almost) daily at 18 and at 20 clock music, cabaret, readings and theater, plus now legendary organic sausages, beer, wine, cider and other drinks - and all this with free admission! Thus, for four weeks, the Günthersburgpark becomes Frankfurt's most popular open air pub, which is becoming increasingly popular.
Today there is first-class music from Hesse at stoffel. The music duo "Frankfurter Zweierlei" sings songs about life, love and all sorts of ordinary things with humor, charm and a certain shot of sensuality.
As native Frankfurtians, Jörg and Stefan have been following the cozy daily madness of our beloved Frankfurt and the Hessian way of life for years! These experiences and observations had of course to be processed musically. Emerged so far about 30 songs that tell of Hessian life and our hometown.
Topics like love and Frankfurt life are sung about, but also Frankfurt from the point of view of a cab driver (stopping place) or the Frankfurt local food "Green Sauce" from the point of view of a gherkin (spice, the gherkin) musically described. A taste can be found on the releases "heimisch" and "geh hessisch" .
They are ambitious and cheerful singers who accompany their songs with their guitars and inevitably exude their local Frankfurt charm. The songs have, in addition to a large share of humor, but also at times a melancholic note and thus meet exactly the Frankfurt attitude to life!
