Since 2004, the Stalburg Theater always celebrates with their audience in the summer in a very special way: in the beautiful ambience of the Günthersburg Park, the Stalburg Theater Offen Luft, stoffel for short, is celebrated.
stoffel brings its visitors for four weeks (almost) daily at 18 and at 20 clock music, cabaret, readings and theater, plus now legendary organic sausages, beer, wine, cider and other drinks - and all this with free admission! Thus, for four weeks, the Günthersburgpark becomes Frankfurt's most popular open air pub, which is becoming increasingly popular.
At the end of the 2022 stuff, there is Dream Pop from Beirut with POSTCARDS. Around the soft and warm voice of Julia Sabra guitarist Marwahn Tohme and drummer Pascal Semerdjian weave a spherical floating sound carpet with which they accompany the lyrical lyrics of the singer. In one of the earlier songs, for example, she talks about the dreams of the likeable group, which are often so difficult to fulfill, and which would love to go out into the world with their music - if it weren't so difficult to get the necessary visas from a country like Lebanon. They look just like their peers in Europe or the U.S. and they dream the same dreams.
The emotions that remain in the room after the melodies fade away will undoubtedly reverberate in the listener for a long time.
