In the soundscapes of David Rittershaus, nature gets into motion, it flows, crumbles, rushes, blows or burns - at least acoustically. For almost everything we hear remains invisible. Whether and how something moves sonically depends on the visitors. Swings hang invitingly in the vastness of the Naxoshalle and the swinging activity is transferred to the sounds. Moving together, the space opens up to a mythical celebration and to the memory of an errant search for a lost cause. Installation, sound design: David Rittershaus, Katharina Speckmann Concept, electronics, programming: David Rittershaus Production management: Philipp Krüger Technical direction: Hanke Wilsmann Music: Figen Aksoy Lighting: Hendrik Borowski Graphics: Ajda Tomazin In cooperation with studioNAXOS, Künstlerhaus Mousonturm and Hessische Theaterakademie (HTA). Sponsored by ZMI (Centre for Media and Interactivity) Giessen and the Cultural Office of the City of Frankfurt am Main.
