With the interactive installation DAS DEUTSCHE REIHENHAUS, the artists Max Brück & Daniel Schauf will position a constantly changing house installation in and around the Naxoshalle during the season of studioNAXOS, which will be made available for various initiatives, artists* and uses. The structural basis is the design of a 60s row house, which in a first step will be built almost to scale and primarily from recycled old building materials.
The installation DAS DEUTSCHE REIHENHAUS will extend over 6 months and is understood as a cooperative group project within the framework of studioNAXOS 2018. The project is part of a series of artistic explorations on the 50th anniversary of the 68 movement and the social changes initiated at that time, which will take place at studioNAXOS throughout the year.
