Sven Garrecht has come to understand that if the world really is getting worse every day, yesterday may not have been quite as bad as it is right now, but then at least today is better than tomorrow will be. He's running out of hair for scuffling anyway, and he's just far too comfortable for masochism. What he never seems to run out of, however, are the sayings. Fresh, cheeky, charming and none of them are even half as old as the cap he wears. With his two-piece band (Tobias Wehner - drums, Simon Seipel - violin, glockenspiel, accordion, ukulele, guitar) behind him and cabaret in his heart, he creates a symbiosis of groovy pop music and meaningful chanson. While you dance a jaunty salsa, you learn at the same time who's actually to blame for the fact that whenever you're about to clean the bathroom, something important gets in the way. While the rhythm gets into your limbs, you learn why it's sometimes worth parking your car exactly where you're not supposed to.
