"Swan Lake" is for many people synonymous with ballet. It is an immortal story of the power of true love, of the young Prince Siegfried who falls in love with the swan princess Odette and wants to free her from the spell of the evil sorcerer Rothbart, which the International Festival Ballet tells in opulent images. The numerous highlights that have captivated audiences for more than 120 years include Siegfried's pas de deux with the White Swan and the Black Swan and the legendary Dance of the Little Swans.
