The introductory courses take place at regular intervals. Through theory and especially practice you will get an insight into the nature and effects of Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Gong (Qi Gong). The courses inform about the way of teaching, styles and the different areas. Participation once in one of these free introductory courses is usually a prerequisite for participation in ongoing courses and beginner courses.
