Deutschrap is unique in its multifacetedness. On the one hand, there is rough battle rap that hits you in the face and is always on the lookout for the most blatant punchline. On the other hand, there is socially critical political rap, which eloquently denounces social ills. Great on its own, but even better when you can do both. Takt32 is an artist who masters exactly this balancing act with flying colours. Already in his early youth, the native Berliner moved to the banlieues of France and later to the USA for four years, where he drew a lot of musical inspiration. Takt32 first became known in the scene by winning battle tournaments in Berlin. Later he expands his range of topics and starts to reflect his environment and himself in music. Takt32 knows how to distance himself from pigeonholes and norms. It is the interplay of intelligence, appropriate self-reflection and a little bit of Berlin's innate "Hau Drauf Attitude" that paves the way for Takt32 to play in the top rap league.
After 4 years in the rap game, quite a few live shows and festivals and being the wingman of none other than King Kool Savas, Takt32 has long since arrived in the top league with his stage presence and live experience. Uninhibited energy and escalation with the audience have therefore become a matter of course for the young Berlin rapper at concerts. Strictly following the motto "freak out until the surroundings are forgotten", Takt32 lives and sweats out his music with every single person in the audience.
