Jetse Batelaan / Theatre Artemis This is what growing up is all about: Panicked fear battles rebellious lust. From one moment to the next, there's dancing, crying, frolicking, only to completely withdraw just as unexpectedly. Look: I am invisible! Above all, there is talk and talk - but mostly only what has just been said. And what we didn't dare to say all this time, we end up mumbling quietly to ourselves. So what do we do when we are ashamed of our own words and yet want to express ourselves? As internationally acclaimed theatre experts for young audiences, director Jetse Batelann, the three actors and a special guest, together with the entire audience, ignite a hilarious language and speech play. Together, everyone searches for their own identity and celebrates the courage of all those who are drawn to those who already know how difficult that is.
