The Doors of Perception come from Berlin. After about five hundred concerts they are considered the No.1 Doors tribute band in Europe. The formation consists of four professional musicians with many years of live and studio experience. They are regular guests in all well-known live clubs in Germany and have played with classic rock greats such as Barclay James Harvest, Wishbone Ash, Slade, Ten Years After and Canned Heat. The band's success is based on the high musical quality of their concerts and the charismatic performance of singer Marko Scholz, whose voice resembles Jim Morrison in every detail. After years of exploring the music and poetry of the Doors, the group has mastered the artistic details to bring the unique acid rock sound to life.
