Kathrin needs a new kidney. Her husband, the successfulgreich architect Arnold, has the same blood type. Is he willing to donate? He hesitates just long enough to disappoint Kathrin. She renounces his kidney. When both their friend Götz immediately agrees to be a donorpringen, a regularfight breaks out over the kidney. Both Diana, Götz‚ s wife, and Arnold feel overgangen. Are the two couples' marriages really as fine as they have seemed so far? The kidney uncovers many a verborgene heartsangelegenand in the marriages of both couples cracks become apparent, which certainlynot with a brokenten kidney have their beginning genommen. One thing is certain, however: Stefan Vögel's comedy not only gets to the kidneys, but also to the heart.
