Until her 12th birthday, the red princess lives with her father, the king, her grandmother and the two ladies-in-waiting Mrs Laula and Mrs Paula in the white castle. On this special day, she leaves the white castle for the first time to see the "rest of the world." However, the trip goes quite differently than planned, as the Red Princess is robbed by the robbers Holz-Bolz and Schwanenstolz. But princesses don't get captured that easily and soon she sets off on her own back to the white castle. On the way she meets many strange people and has to go through some adventures. Along the way, she finds out that the rest of the world is very different than she imagined. A variety of characters are brought to life by the two players. With its clear and witty portrayal of each type, pictorial presentation of the story, easy-to-understand text, and varied play with the elements of the set, "The Red Princess" is a play that will delight children and adults alike. A turbulent story loosely based on the children's book "The Red Princess" by Paul Biegel. Text source and more information about the event: http://www.theatermollerhaus.de/de
