The idea of a good rock party came up sometime between beer and more beer. Take a really big WG party where every guest brings their favorite record. Then you throw away all the records that don't have rock on them and there's your rock party. Of course, you're left with a pretty colorful rock mix that's somewhere between Buddy Holly, Led Zepplin, Green Day and Slipknot, but that's how it's supposed to be.
Mainly, it rocks and it's fun.
