"I don't have to remember being in pain. You don't have to remember something that happens all the time."A woman with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) tries to describe her experience of physical pain.
Pain for no apparent reason. Plus, she's met someone and they both want this to work now! An explosive dialogue about love and perception ensues. And an experiment on how We talk about pain - and whether we can ever do it in a way that someone else understands.
Based on Rachel Bradshaw's own experience with CRPS, the play explores what it's like to live with chronic pain and how that changes the senses.
