The shopping center KOMM turns ten - and this will be celebrated for a whole weekend! On September 6 and 7, the big party will take place at KOMM and around Aliceplatz. The people of Offenbach can look forward to a colourful supporting programme with various bands, free event tools, fashion shows and many other surprises. "With our big birthday party with a diverse program, we would like to thank our visitors and tenants for ten years together," says Center Manager Julia Steinmetz. In addition to the birthday party, the Karree Children's Festival will also take place on Saturday on Aliceplatz with fun and games for the little ones.Various acts will play on the live stage on Aliceplatz on both days. The band "Kontrollverlust" will kick things off on Friday at 4 pm. With their mixture of party, rock and pop - newly interpreted - they will rock in front of the KOMM. The "Michael Kutscha Band" will play current hits and the best from the last two decades until late in the evening. On Saturday, DJ Emparé will be at the turntables from 3 p.m., spinning house beats. Special highlight: From 19:30 the "Urban Club Band" will perform on stage. Their repertoire includes funk and soul classics as well as songs from the house genre. Charming entertainment between the acts will be provided by Hit Radio FFH presenter Evren Gezer. In addition, visitors can look forward to many free event tools and other offers at KOMM throughout the weekend. Among other things, there will be the opportunity to test your senses on a parcour. On Aliceplatz, adventurous visitors can try their hand at bungee trampolining, while the walk acts "Beauty and the Beast", "Elsa and Olaf" and Transformers "Bumblebee" roam through the centre. A children's magician will delight with magic tricks on Friday and amaze the kids. Fashionable entertainment will also be provided by three fashion shows on Saturday with influencer and former "Germanys Next Topmodel" contestant Bruna Rodrigues. From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., models will present trends for the upcoming fall and winter seasons. If you like it individual, you can have purchased products individually designed by the airbrush artist Andi Ponto at the KOMM on the birthday weekend. Win and do something good at the same time? That's also possible at the KOMM birthday weekend: At a raffle, visitors can get hold of tickets for 50 cents each: One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Kinderschutzbund Offenbach. The grand finale: fireworks on Saturday at 10 pm on Aliceplatz.
