Three "old hands" from a wide variety of jazz formations have come together to form an unusual trio. Deviating from the usual trio formation of bass, drums and piano, they dispense with the drums. Oliver Kube plays clarinet and various saxophones - virtuosic and with different timbres. Pianist Hajo Heil also appears as a singer, which enriches the trio's diversity and repertoire. No references are needed about Rudi Bläsing on double bass - he has been a well-known figure in the Frankfurt jazz scene for almost 50 years. He plays his bass with an incredibly rhythmic dynamic, making drums unnecessary.
