Based in Cordoba, Argentina, Tzigan has become one of the most renowned formations in tango, jazz and Eastern European music. The trio combines traditional roma melodies with the nostalgia and melancholy of Argentine tango. The melodies from their diverse repertoire, sung Romani and Russian or just instrumentalized, turn into truthful stories describing Romani traditions and scenarios.
