Ulla Meinecke is the grande dame of poetic German pop music. Her current project with multi-instrumentalists Ingo York and Reinmar Henschke combines classics like "Feuer unterm Eis", "Die Tänzerin", "50 Tips ihn zu verlassen" with new songs not yet released.
Meinecke's velvety voice, her poetic language, not least her thoughtful, ironic view of everyday things establish her reputation as a singer, poet and author.
