In Bad Orb on 29 and 30 May, the forest & Wonne Festival offers a wide range of workshops on physical and mental health: guided bird meditation in the Orbwald forest, Shinrin Yoku forest bathing sessions and yoga in ALEA PARK. A colourful children's programme with forest educators turns the CURA SILVA DAYS into a family festival. TV presenter Judith Rakers will host a varied programme on the CURA SILVA Stage in the park. The festival's main act is the successful German singer and songwriter LEA. Another highlight is the panel discussion "MIND GAME: Success is a matter of the head", with Hans-Dieter Herrmann, the former team psychologist of the German national football team, among others.
