Who is Monsieur Schmitt? That is the question here. Monsieur and Madame Bélier are having dinner at home when suddenly the phone rings - but they don't have a phone line at all! The mysterious and intrusive caller demands to speak with a certain Mr. Schmitt.
Simultaneously, the couple realizes that there are different pictures on the wall and other people's clothes in the closet, different books on the shelf, and the apartment key no longer fits the lock either. They are locked in. Panic sets in, but the nightmare is just beginning .
Sébastien Thiéry was born in Paris in 1970. He is a French actor and playwright who has had success in France with a number of plays since 2005 and has been awarded the Prix Molière. By being an actor himself, Thiéry knows how to write dialogue-joyful texts that become more and more acute in the comic confrontation and discharge in a dramatic outburst at the end of the plot.
With Julia Prochnow, Axel Schwenk, Tim Grothe, Oliver Blank and Maroin Mhadhbi
