Why are you creative? For about three decades, author and producer Hermann Vaske has been addressing this question to people from advertising, film, music, theater and art as well as from politics, philosophy or science. What drives them to turn their ideas into works?
More than 1,000 creative people have answered so far - some in words, many in drawings and pictures. To mark the 30th anniversary of WHY ARE YOU CREATIVE, the Museum für Kommunikation Frankfurt is showing the different faces of creative work with around 300 original drawings and artefacts. Among others included are David Lynch, Vivien Westwood, Stephen Hawking, David Bowie, Björk and the Dalai Lama, who also officially supports the project.
