From February 12 to March 11, participants of the Freie Kunstakademie Frankfurt will show works created during the winter semester 2019/2020.
Born out of the evening school of the Städelschule in 2013, the "Freie Kunstakademie Frankfurt" offers anyone interested the opportunity to acquire and work out basic skills in a wide range of disciplines in the evenings, during holidays or on weekends.
The works shown as part of the work show range from sketchy drawings to nude studies, portraits, landscapes and abstract paintings to sculptures and video works. They are as diverse as the participants themselves and as the teaching artists on whom the participants can train and develop. The works on display reflect very different approaches and perceptions.
All interested parties are cordially invited to the opening on Wednesday, February 12 at 7 pm. The majority of the sculptural works will be on view on opening night only.
The exhibition is open Mon - Fri from 11am to 6pm and during theatre events until 11. March 2020
