After four sold-out concerts in front of enthusiastic audiences in Berlin, electro pioneers Dieter Meier and Boris Blank decided to go on tour in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 2017.
"Out of cyberspace - into the live experience"- Dieter Meier explains: "We experienced the impact of playing 'live in the here and now' in front of an audience at the fantastic Kraftwerk in Berlin and thus learned what is technically possible today for the staging of Boris Blank's soundpictures and Dieter Meier's visual worlds.
Together with outstanding musicians and singers, YELLO present a musical journey through four decades of band history with their live show, consisting of songs from the new album TOY, as well as hits like "The Race" over "Do it" to "Oh Yeah".
With their soundscapes, YELLO have had a decisive influence on electro music. The YELLO videos, which are integrated into the show as stage sets, are collected by museums worldwide, including the Museum of modern Art in New York.
