Andreas Krolik from the 2-star restaurant Lafleur in the Palmengarten will cook a surprise menu with you in his kitchen. The kitchen in the Palmengarten-Gesellschaftshaus was completely remodeled and upgraded with a Molteni stove when Krolik moved from the Tigerpalast to Lafleur.
You will enjoy cooking on the Rolls-Royce of professional stoves during this course. Andreas Krolik will introduce you to star cuisine as part of the cooking course. Courses:
