The 19th RHEINGAU GOURMET & WEIN FESTIVAL starts today with the Welcome Party in the unique atmosphere of Kloster Eberbach. International cooking stars from South Africa, Thailand and California as well as numerous star and top chefs from Germany will cook live.
29 TOP vintners from Rheingau and Rheinhessen, Toscana and Rioja, will personally pour their wines, a fruit winery from the Lower Rhine will present their varietal juice specialties. Two live bands will ensure a splendid party atmosphere.
Till March 11, 45 events will follow with cooking demonstrations, luncheons, tastings and dinners with world stars from Mexico City, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Paarl, Santa Barbara, St. Moritz, Palma and of course Germany.
