Fish Buttons (Fish Dumplings)

To prepare this secret dish, you will need:

Ingredients:

- White fish (this includes things like aland, roach, bleak, chub and lead) or else pike or trout

- a white bread

- clear meat broth

- Parsley

- marjoram

- a piece of bacon

- salt

- Pepper

- 2-3 eggs

Preparation:

Let the white bread soak in clear meat broth. Meanwhile, take the fish and cut it into small pieces. Do the same with the parsley, marjoram and bacon. When the white bread has softened, squeeze out the liquid and mix the soft bread with the chopped ingredients. Now season this porridge with salt and pepper and add 2-3 eggs (depending on the quantity). Knead well and then form into dumplings of the same size. These then in meat broth and in it then some time simmer let.
