To prepare this tasty dish you will need:
- 1 - 1.5 kg of brisket
- 1.5 l clear meat stock (traditionally, however, salt water was used. So of course you are welcome to choose this form as well!)
- 2 carrots
- 1 stick of leek
- 1 piece of celery
- 2 clove heads
First you need to wash the meat well and then rub it with salt and pepper. Now heat the meat broth (or salted water), put the meat in it and let it cook on low heat for about 60 - 70 min. Now take the vegetables, which you need to wash and chop. Now add it to the meat and let it cook further (about 20 min.) until the meat is completely cooked. Then slice thinly and serve best with green sauce and boiled potatoes. Wohl bekomms`!
