Singer-songwriter and jazz vocalist, Angela Grey, holds no punches. In a genre too often heavy and esoteric, Angela brings a simplicity to her storytelling. Raised from Manhattan to Manila, free-spirited and joyful, her distinct voice and warm timbre has been compared to the "Queen of Blues", Dinah Washington and sultry shades of Amy Winehouse. Set to release on April 12th, 2024, Angela's debut album will feature two
of her original songs and six jazz standards including "Evil Gal Blues", "You're Getting to Be a Habit With Me" and the title track, "Prisoner of Love."
