Handkäs` compositions

One of the probably most well-known specialities from the Frankfurt area is without question the Handkäs` with music. Here, not only the preparation, but also the right way of eating it for optimal enjoyment is of utmost importance. But despite all the love for this hearty piece of culinary city history: the Handkäs` has much more to offer than this one traditional dish.
