When 3,000 years ago the Pharaoh in Egypt slept badly, he could still let Joseph come to the dream interpretation. Who then explained to him the matter of the seven fat (recovery, Keynes) and the seven lean (trade war, Trump) cows. Simple answers to difficult questions were indeed still possible back then. Today, cows are genetically modified, lactose intolerant and soon to be part-time vegan and the milk comes from.
