On March 12th from 18h15-19h15 there will be a Hatha-Yoga meets Sound-Healing Special with Victoria at the Wave. As an experienced yoga teacher, retreat leader and business psychologist, Victoria combines hatha yoga with breathwork and sound healing - for deep relaxation and holistic well-being.
Hatha yoga is a calm, body-oriented form of yoga that focuses on the interplay of physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. It promotes strength, flexibility and inner balance. This is combined with sound healing, a method in which sound vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs or vocal frequencies are used.
