Despite being only 27 years old, Kim Churchill has already released six studio albums. The young man from Canberra didn't last in New South Wales, where he grew up. He left home at just 18, travelling the country and winning a busker competition. Armed with the experiences of a street musician, he recorded his debut "With Sword And Shield" in 2010, about which it was read at the time of its release in faraway Australia that Churchill had the necessary talent and charisma to captivate his listeners for an album length right away. For his third CD, he was able to enlist Midnight Oil producer Wanre Livesey, freeing him from the pure singer/songwriter perception. "Weight_Falls" is now the name of the blondie's latest strike with the Surfer Boy image. An older and wiser version of himself, both in confidence in his own musical direction and in the lyrical content of the songs. "'Weight_Falls' by Kim Churchill is uplifting and inspiring.
